(March 29, 2019, 4:45 pm)OPT Wellness Center has been a blessing to me! When I first started training with Scottie, I was rehabbing from a serious injury. He got me moving again. Improving my agility so that I no longer lost my balance due to muscle weakness. One-on-one training & good solid fitness techniques are what you can expect here! --Jeannie
(March 29, 2019, 3:37 pm)OPT Wellness has been my go to for personal training for 2 years now. Scottie offers custom solutions to each of his clients and I have stayed on track because of it. The facility has everything needed and Scottie is good at finding what works best you. He invited me to do a triathlon relay with he and another client and I ended up doing the 56 mile cycling leg. It was an awesome experience.
(February 22, 2019, 10:20 pm)This place is perfect for all fitness levels. You get your own one on one time, no interruptions, where the workouts are tailored to you. Scottie is incredibly knowledgeable and thanks to him I lost almost 100 pounds and was able to successfully keep it off. I’ve never been this fit and healthy in all my years.
