(May 22, 2019, 8:47 pm)Very few times these days can we say that an experience met all our expectations...especially when so many people are involved, but this is the case today. I had surgery this morning and from the Admissions person being friendly, to the nurses being helpful and calming, to each doctor and technician explaining their role and what to expect....it took all the “unknowns” out of the situation. Thank you to Christus-Alamo.
(March 28, 2019, 9:22 am)I just had a surgery at this hospital, from admitting through discharge everything was great. The doctors, the nurses, all the staff took great care of me and made me feel comfortable. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and caring. I warmly recommend this facility to everyone in need.
(December 11, 2018, 3:31 pm)I just had a procedure done at this hospital yesterday. I’ve gone to Methodist at the med center and Stone Oak, and Christus hands down is the best. It’s a small hospital with large private rooms, a lovely room service menu, and supportive, caring staff. My stay there was better than nice hotels I’ve stayed at in the past. I’m pleased with my experience, and I would recommend this hospital to anyone going through the procedure I had done.
(December 8, 2018, 5:33 am)They took great care of my wife. The room was very nice and had a couch/bed so I could also stay overnight. The quality of the staff was great too. Much quieter then those large medical center hospitals and free parking an easy to navigate around. I also felt very secure there.
(December 7, 2018, 10:54 pm)I went to the ER and the staff was great. They seem to be very compassionate and caring I not only felt that way for myself but I saw how they interacted with another patient as well . They got me in quickly.The ER doctor was great! She spoke directly to me and explained everything thoroughly.
