(November 19, 2019, 1:12 pm)The man at the door today was great. It was different than just getting greeted and get seated. He did well. He was helping around and built rapport with guests. He genuinely tried to make people feel welcome. He would inform on deals too but not pushy or robotic. Good experience thanks to him. We did tell the manager about our o observation, great person to have on a team
