I will only deal with this location from now on. I have to say the minute i heard i had to use enterprise it was anautomatc headache but the last 2 times i have been to this locatoon and i am back to liking Enterprise. Thanks guys.
(August 31, 2019, 6:06 pm)The Enterprise Rental on Nacogdoches has always gone out of their way to ensure we are well taken care of. They are quick, professional and very customer oriented. This is definitely going to be my go to place when in need of a rental car.
(August 17, 2019, 2:33 pm)I rented a car this morning to go on an out-of-town trip. Dwight, the branch manager, was very professional with a cheery disposition. Unfortunately, my trip was abruptly cancelled and I returned the car within a couple of hours. Dwight was very fair and showed compassion. I would greatly recommend this Enterprise on Nacogdoches!
(June 17, 2019, 9:51 am)I really like renting their cars. Caution, they charge very high additional fees. Fees alone were 60.00 for a rental that was booked 5 months in advanced for a week. Two days late. My fee went from 171.00 to 300.00. Caution
