“Hi! I am Matthias Roman graduating Class of 2012 from this school, I decided to get real with the school and write what I think about it. The aspect of the what seems to be alphabetical grouping often bunched up only the few with the same or specific lettering in their last name especially under circumstance where a good friend is in another class and thus limits the communication with said friend often diminishing the learning aspect on a trusting level especially with friends they work well with. I also believe there is a general bias with the faculty staff of the school especially in the nature at the given time if a daughter/son of one of the staff members are enrolled in this school they are perceived by most of the students, as to the accounts I have heard and of my own that they receive special treatment and in fact this behavior was viewed by the students including myself. That notion was probably the most concerning to me as one can only suspect this matter of behavior implemented into other areas in which could potentially benefit the GPA of said student. However those are rumors that have no potent evidence to back such claim. I will also proclaim that students with said special treatment often have been putting children without such privileges in a situation where they would get students in trouble for even the slightest of issues which diminished the trust in faculty staff with bully issues considering as I have seen they never get solved by said faculty staff when I was attending there. Often times it fell upon the teacher to have to take responsibility where faculty staff wouldn't and that also was a very very distrusting factor. With the bad put off now we can get on to the good of this school. HOWEVER, I would like to give a special thanks for those teachers who I got to meet and remember through out my years. Starting with my first is Miss Cox, My kindergarten teacher who generally set down the base I had to build off of and where I stood on a learning aspect as a child who when first coming to the school I didn't know how to write my own last name. At the given time I remember teachers after the fact such as, Mrs. Martinez, Mrs. Garcia, Ms. Proctor(forgive me if I spelled it wrong its been a while) and my personal year finishing favorite. Mr. Daigle (Dangle) I Love Mr. Daigle most notably gave my class a more emotional in depth feel of history and all its grim/Inspiring aspects of the subject and the reality behind it. Due to his military background and inspiring teaching of my 5th grade class he allowed me to develop the aspiration for a Military like future more so in the army area. To the current state of being that future has a brighter potential in which I now sit as a Cadet Officer in AFJROTC 20051st. of Stevens High School, I believe Mr. Daigle should be put back into the 5th grade Teaching position for his forthcoming nature to our futures as students and as future adults aspiring to be citizens of true character to our great nation. Props to a wonderful teacher, and a in my eyes wonderful father as such to his own kids. - Sincerely A AFJROTC Stevens Senior Preparing to graduate Class of 2019, and hopefully future long time friend for this wonderful teacher of inspiration and dedication.”

“The staff there are ALL very personable and VERY friendly. My son has been in attendance for the past few months and is learning so much from his teacher(s). I cannot brag enough about their facility and curriculum. We are extremely happy with this location and would highly recommend their school for any parent who wants the best for their child.”

“Both of my girls graduated from SACS. Being a part of this community was a great experience for both my daughters and our family. SACS truly prepares students to not only go to college, but to get through college. San Antonio Christian Schools is a community in every sense of the word. A body of believers who want to raise their children in a Christ-centered environment while giving them an outstanding college prep education. SACS has a special place in my heart and has been a blessing to our family.”

“My son started at Pinnacle when he was 3 years old. Before that, he was at home with my father n law. Moving him over to a school like setting, we were very concerned about his transition. Mrs. Nelda was his teacher and we absolutely fell in love with her. Starting school was at first difficult for him and drop off was emotional. She made it clear up front that we needed to allow him to assimilate without our presence and to trust her process. Before we knew it he couldn't wait to go to school every morning and it was clear that he felt he was in a safe place! He LOVED Mrs. Nelda. My daughter started at Pinnacle at 8 weeks. We are now blessed enough to have Nelda watching over our 2 year old. She moved into her class at 18 months and we continued to buy into her process, which has proven fruitful to not only our baby girl but to us as parents. Even moving classes within the same school can be emotional for the kids. She has demonstrated the right amount of warmth and discipline that we try to mirror at home. Her vocabulary is more on the level of a 3+ year old. She counts and can say her ABC's. Mrs. Nelda is the most loving, nurturing and caring teacher you could ask for. She treats the children like they are her own. She communicates with the parents at a very high level on a daily basis. If you are looking for a place for your 18 mo old to 3 year old (and even beyond, my son went here up until kinder and my daughter will do the same) visit the school and Mrs. Nelda. You will fall in love with her and she will become part of your family!”

“My daughter started 2nd grade at BCE. Having never attended school before, she was working on a kindergarten level. Her wonderful teacher, Mrs Coley helped her so much. My daughter improved enough to make it to 3rd grade and really enjoyed her time here. Now she has another great teacher, Mrs Brown that she loves because she is so nice. I can't speak for everyone, but our experience with Bulverde has been quite positive so far.”

“We love SAMA. The receptionists are warm and friendly. They know attending students by name and do their best to accommodate fluctuations in schedules. I have a 6 year old and 9 year old that take piano lessons. My 6 year old sometimes finds it difficult to sit still and pay attention. Eric has done a wonderful job engaging him while keeping the lessons fun. Annabelle teaches my 9 year old and includes piano theory in the lessons (which I like). Both my children are developing a basic understanding and love for music.”

“A good facility for those with limited funds who need medical and dental care. It's a long drive but everyone working there is very nice. They don't offer all the dental options in a normal general dental practice, but they can get you out of pain if needed or fill a tooth.”

“This school is great and all, but i just feel that they expect a lot from Pre-K and Kinder. They wanted them to do a science fair project and remember what to say. I'm just saying my child is only 5.”
