When I called them about it, they told me they had already waived the rest of the bill, before I had even called to complain. Unless I'm misunderstanding something and this is actually too good to be true, they have a fantastic policy for protecting customers from insurance billing troubles.”

They could have said, "Sorry, we're closed already; we'll be sure to credit your account for the inconvenience and refund your money," but instead, I got super fresh food and friendliness. I don’t think it’s a cure all or miraculous but it’s something to tap into if other forms of massage and physical therapy haven’t done the trick.
