“Moved in during the Corona outbreak and this is my after 45 days review. There is plenty of parking for guests which is awesome. I got one of the largest one bedroom apartments. I have to say I love the hard wood that is almost everywhere in the apartment. The only place it isn't is on the stair well and in the bedroom going upstairs. Maintenance is quick at resolving any issues. The issue i had was caused by the storms and the little fuse on a power outlet went off which turned off the kitchen. First apartment in a long time. Mike was phenomenal for getting me into the apartment. Electricity bill for keeping the temperature around 70 24/7 is modestly priced. From the 12th to the 30th my electricity bill was only around 30 dollars so the central ac does a terrific job of power utilization.”

We were seeking a home to rent with many specific needs while staying in a tight budget, and to top it off this is our first home together without another tenant handling the lease. We have no credit to speak of so we were rejected a couple times but she stuck with us and really made us feel like she had our best interest in mind. “I have loved my time here. I know people have complained about all the cats everywhere but I’ll tell you that I don’t have a problem with mice or rats. My neighbors are all awesome. My ac works well and management has been great. Maintenance wi fair but some of my work orders that have been marked as complete we’re kind of complete. My master shower had some problems and the stem was replaced fixing the issue but the assembly wasn’t put back together completely. I was told they would be back because the sleeve had to be special ordered but no revisit. I love this complex and will be here at least for another year maybe longer. Building 31 by the way.”

Jennifer was the only one who felt honest and seemed like she truly cared about our situation and what we needed. Her whole family is in the business and you can tell that her first priority is finding you the best house for what you need. Even better, they are retired military! Jennifer was a great help during our buying process. Our situation was somewhat complicated with my husband being unavailable, I was pregnant, and in the middle of a pandemic. She was always available via text or phone call, regularly updated me on the progress of our house, and worked hard to make the process go as smoothly as possible. We had a pre-approval before contacting her, but with her advice, we ended up with a better loan, a much lower APR, and were able to afford a new build. We even got closing costs covered. Not only did she help us find a home, she has our future in mind, too! We discussed re-sell values when we decide to move on to a larger home. As a first time buyer, it was so comforting to have the insight into our future and we will definitely be using Jennifer for the next go around!”
