Large portions and food is flavorful. Staff was very attentive and accommodating.

Since moving to the area we have been told to eat at Kelley's & so we finally did!! I had a craving for biscuits & gravy. The Texas-sized biscuit was quite a surprise!! The biggest & tastiest biscuit I have ever had! I would have preferred scrambled sausage in the gravy, but the bits of pan sausage they use was not too bad. I really enjoyed it & of course had to take 1/2 back home. Just couldn't finish the whole thing. The pancake were also Tx sized & very fluffy. Great cup of coffee, too. Service was pleasant!! Perfect price for the amount of food! Did not disappoint.

This is one of my faves now. A def go to for portion sizes and quality of food!! We have been back numerous times since.

Decided to go have a late breakfast or brunch at Kelley’s country Cookin in Alvin, because the one in Lamarque is less than satisfactory so I drive a little further to get the better quality of food. And better service.The photos below show the food that we had shrimp Poboy, fish Poboy, and the bacon and eggs cheese omelette the waitress was cheerful and efficient. She brought us the basket of rolls and sweet, corn bread it was hot and delicious ask for Gennifer when you can keep up the good work !! Don’t forget to follow me ………
