(June 15, 2022, 6:40 pm)Very family friendly gym for all ages, kids and adults. The coaches are very knowledgeable and great with the kids. Both of my kids go here and I couldn’t be happier with what they have learned about discipline and technique. I would recommend this gym to everyone.
(June 11, 2022, 12:19 pm)This is an awesome gym . Great for beginners and all the way up to competition fighters. The coaching staff is awesome with kids. My daughters have been going here since they opened and they love it. They will definitely work with you with what you want, if it be getting in shape, focus, or even competition, this is the place for it.

The respect the children and adults show him when he walks into the rooms speaks for itself.
My husband and son have trained with him for many years ; there was a time my husband was taking private lessons with Jonathan and during this time, my husband was truly in the best shape of his life ( note: this is a person who works out daily) so this says a lot.
Thank you Jonathan for keeping my family healthy, confident, and strong.
(June 5, 2022, 12:16 am)Our son was actually getting bullied his first year of Jr. High which just ended and these AMAZING Coaches have given him the tools to defend himself when needed and the Confidence to stand up for himself!! All of the Coaches are amazing and I’ve watched them over the short few months work so well with all ages from toddlers to adults. Our son is so happy to be here and we’re so happy that his Coaches are there for him!! Couldn’t ask for more!! I’m even thinking of joining myself to be able to defend myself if I ever needed it, along with just building my strength back!! I HIGHLY recommend this Academy & the Coaches!!!
(May 26, 2022, 6:48 pm)I have been to several martial arts dojos and classes. I personally trained for over 8 years. Johnathan is one of the best coaches I have met when it comes to quality training. He stays on track and has a great system for all ages. He keeps everyone engaged and makes sure they are recognized when performing and has positive reinforcement when they need corrected. He’s a “real talk” coach for all you fighters. My son has gained so much from training, and I don’t worry about him being bullied because I know he has learned how to handle himself the right way.
