Once I contacted her for help to this very old man who had no vision care insurance. She had her office opened 45 min early so she would have more time to take care of him before her regular clients showing up. It took her one hour and 30 min to exam the old man! A total lost of her time and income. And she knew it advance !

Dr. Tran is an awesome doctor. She is very thorough, very personable, articulate and very pleasant. I have been going to her for about five years now and she seems to always remember you and is very good at answering any questions you may have. The office is run very efficiently, with helpful and friendly staff members, and I've never had a wait of more than a few minutes from my appointment time. They are also very good at fitting you in if you have an issue. I have accidently scratched my cornea twice, which can be extremely painful, and they always fit me in right away to check my eyes and prescribe medication and the problem was resolved within a day or two both times.
