The Kolache Shop's roots started in El Campo Texas, four generations ago. Debbie Frakey grew up around her grandmother's bakery learning to make authentic pig-in-the blankets and kolaches. In 1985 Debbie and her parents Royce and Betty Roddy opened The Kolache Shop in Clute Texas.
