(February 3, 2016, 9:04 am)Gustavo is very helpful to my drivers and very responsive when issues arise on my end. He is always willing to work with us in any way he can to get my drivers loaded. My drivers always tell me how nice everyone is there and how quickly they get loaded once they get a door. With how difficult and how long it can take to load at the port, Freeport Services makes it MUCH easier.

(January 17, 2016, 6:41 am)People are professional and courteous, and once it's my turn are quick to load my trailer. The building is on a mud lot, but once you lock hubs in backing to the dock is easy. One note for new people.. The building is not straight, so when you back in your right side will be farther from the building than the left.. I've been here a few times, and mentioned to the guy checking me out that I'd eventually get my trailer straight to the dock, and that's when he told me about it. :)
