(November 20, 2019, 3:57 pm)Mr. Mike is a good guy and works with he's renters. It's just a regular rv park. Wi-Fi lags needs to be updated. No amenities. Flood free zone. Fare rent. If you have kids might not be best for you. Even though I had mine during the summer. They played along with other kids from rv park.
(January 19, 2019, 10:41 pm)Nice and close to my job. The spots are level making it easy to set up. Plenty of space in between spaces. Down side no laundry or shower house. Manager is really nice and fair. I would stay again

(October 15, 2018, 11:29 am)This RV Park is awesome. The manager is extremely friendly and compassionate. The spots are inexpensive. Electric and Wi-Fi are free and they also offer 30 and 50 amp connections at every parking spot. They don't charge extra just for having an RV that runs on a 50 amp breaker. Hard caliche gravel throughout and it never floods. Close to Lake Jackson Mall and any store or restaurant you can think of. Highly recommend!!!
