(February 25, 2019, 2:11 pm)So.....we came to Texas because of work. Needed a place to reside and stumbled across, "The Preserves at Oyster Creek". At first, though impressive, it wasn't what we were looking for. However, because of time restraints we signed a lease knowing that it would serve its purpose. To our surprise it was more than we hoped for.
We were able to quickly feel at home in our unit. The homes are modern and tastefully designed to optimize space. The property grounds are well maintained, and for the most part the community is quiet. We rarely required any maintenance, but when we did Mr. Rudy was more than knowledgeable, and always willing to make things correct. He was very professional, polite, and courteous. A good person with a good spirit, and we can't thank him enough. Thank you Mr. Rudy!
Now, the rental office staff. Amazing! Two very smart and bright young ladies. Ms. Elissa & Ms. Jerica, I can't thank you ladies enough. You made all the difference in the world in our experience as tenants of the Preserves. Always welcoming, pleasurable to speak with, and just purely heart warming. You were always prompt in a response to any inquiry and to whatever the needed. Your management company is lucky to have you. You're truly assets.
Jerica we were sorry to see you go, and we missed you it's true; but Ms. Elissa hit it outta the park and brought us home. Thanks Elissa for everything. Thanks for all the help you gave unselfishly and not just because it's a job; but because you showed compassion!

(August 20, 2017, 12:47 am)My boyfriend had a days notice to be in the Freeport area for work & Jerrica in the office was extremely helpful. She helped us with the lights, water, & insurance that we needed to take care of within 24 hours! She went above & beyond to make sure we were ready to move in the very next day. Everything is very clean & manicured. I would recommend anyone to stay here who needs a short term or long term stay.
