(November 22, 2017, 5:08 pm)Our sales person Justin was extremely knowledgeable and very nice! He took the time to explain each mattress to us and helped us pick the one that was right for us and in our price range. He didn't pressure us in to buying and made us feel very comfortable.
(October 18, 2017, 8:40 pm)Our Salesman Justin is a 5 Star Superman! His aim was to make us happy with our choice without intimidation, just provided us with information. Knowing we were flood victims, he helped us out even further.
(October 10, 2017, 9:50 pm)I bought a mattress from this store and the only reason I am giving this store a 5 star is because Justin was extremely Professional. Now the Delivery guys were another story. Instead of them delivering the mattresses when they were suppose to which was before 2 they show up when no one was there. Driver was going to leave the set on the balcony until my apt. Manager told him no. Driver's told manager They were given permission to leave set in office. So wasn't true. I was under the assumption the bed was set up in my apt. So delivery guys tore up the box spring I called Justin and he made everything right. Guys came to exchange both box and mattress tonight. One was Polite the smaller guy was extremely rude. Had it not been for Justin's professionalism I would have told Mattress one where to stick the set. Never again will I deal with this company.

(February 25, 2017, 11:41 am)I called and talked to Justin and he guaranteed me he could get me a great bed and great deal. He was very helpful and super nice. Going into the store I talked to Courtney and she was the sweetest. She honored the same deal Justin had got for me and got me in and out fairly quickly. By far my best experience I'm making any big purchase. I would highly recommend this store to everyone.
