My mom and I both like this place as we feel like they are very honest with us, don’t try to sell us on things we don’t need and are always able to fit us in last minute. With that said, I absolutely do not like the man at the front. He is a total A$$, rude and very condescending. If from now on, I could talk only to Kevin and the other owner guy that would be awesome! My mom has no problems with him and he’s nice to her so maybe he only likes older people, I don’t know! Other than Senior grouchy pants at the front I highly recommend 288 automotive!

I won't go anywhere else! Those guys take care of buisness! They know what they are doing and they are honest! The front office staff is professional and kind. Eric usually works on my vehicles. The atmosphere is peaceful and the price is right!

We have used them 5 times since moving to the Houston area. They are honest and explore all options to help you get your vehicle back into service. The prices destroy the local dealerships ( Toyota ) but are not dirt cheap. They saved us hundreds of dollars vs getting a major repair on our Sequoia at the dealership. We will continue to use them.
