When I called, Christian answered nearly immediately and when I expressed a need for a same day solution, he squeezed me in. He diagnosed the problem, got the part and replaced it in under 2 hours and well out of his way (from Pearland to Katy!) What's better is for on-site, practically on demand service, the price was very comparable to what I would've paid at a brick-and-mortar shop. I feel my car was in good hands the whole time.”

“My Kenmore dryer was not performing well. I called Sears Appliance Repair and got an appointment for the next day. The technician called about 30 minutes before arrival, put booties on his shoes before entering and immediately diagnosed the problem and proceeded to fix it. He was very thorough and neat leaving no indication he had repaired the machine. He also advised on some additional preventive maintenance that needed to be performed but was not done by Sears. Altogether a very satisfying experience at a fair price.”
