“I had Trademark Flooring install a porcelain wood-look floor in my kitchen. Rudy Nunez, the owner, came out to my house and gave me a fair estimate. They first had to remove the old stone floor then prep for the new floor, huge job right here. They laid the new flooring in a very professional manner. It is straight and was leveled each step of the way. I could almost say it is perfect. The workers were all gentlemen, very polite. I was able to communicate with the office every step of the way. “Replaced my 20 year old roof this week with Bay Area Roofers. They did a great job! Several upgrades such as lead jacks were included in the bid. The price was very competitive, but I cant say enough about the quality of their management, the crew and the work. The materials used were top quality. The crew worked safe and you could tell they all worked in sync with each other. In a day and half the job was done, no extra costs, and no headaches since they will fix any leaks for 7 years besides the manufacturer's warranty. I had a ridge vent installed on my garage and my final cost was still in line with my expectations and budget. The area was cleaned up before they left, you would never know they were there. The owner and the crews are very experienced and professional and it was a pleasure doing business with them. They are a top company with excellent folks working for them.
