(April 8, 2021, 1:02 pm)Responded to a 911 call where my life was in danger, the dispatcher talking to my husband was able to get him calm and provide amazing support. Every person at the scene handled it with care and quickly. After when I have called to get various information everyone is helpful and caring. Proud to call this county home.
(July 21, 2020, 10:17 pm)I called the sheriff office about an issue I was having and they immediately sent a police officer to take care of the issue. Although this was a nonemergency they were very helpful. Whenever I have called about burn permits or any other concerns they have always been helpful and considerate. I'm fortunate to live in a town like Burnet that has exceptional law enforcement officers.
