The DASH Gym

I only wish I could travel again if just having a chance to meet the owner of this Gym. As a recipient of America's highest military honor, it would be great to shake his hand. As for the other reprobates, ingrates and downright pugnacious keyboard "warriors" leaving negative comments here? Shame on you all. Cowards all of you! Spam comes in a can. Dismissed!

An amazing gym. There are a lot of folks on here that are obviously used to being coddled. If you want a hard workout and to push yourself, this is the gym. If you just want to fake the funk, this isn’t it. Great work Dakota!

So grateful for this gym and the people that go to it. It's got everything you need, is super private and is always clean! The workouts Dakota comes up with are hard af but I always leave feeling amazing when I get through with them. My favorite gym hands down , bye Golds .
