After a auto accident, we took our Chevrolet Equinox into Johnny and Sons for an estimate on the repairs. Even though the insurance company recommended a different repair shop, our interactions with Nikki at J&S was exemplary. She was friendly, thoughtful and professional. She explained the process and set us up with a reservation for the repair service. Her level of customer service should be recognized and rewarded.

I have had them come out a few times to replace my double pain glass that are fogged up. They always do a good job using high quality materials and knowable workmanship. I priced them with their competitors and they are always lower.

A young wild and reckless deer hit my son while he was driving to school in San Marcos. Johnny's Towing and Wrecker Service came out to Kyle -San Marcos area and they towed it to Johnny and Sons Paint and body shop. They did a an amazing job finding my location as my son was on a long stretch of frontage road with no visible landmarks just open fields...they were very patient and kind. Once it was towed to the body shop, they were very communicative with us as far as work needed and cost; they really listened to us and offered best options. Sure, they had the car way too long than I would have liked but luckily it was holiday break for Thanksgiving and Christmas and my son was able to get it by the start of spring semester. Overall, stellar service, yea they had it for too long, but while ordering parts especially for older cars that aren't being produced anymore, can take some time finding and shipping, it's understandable and everyone deserves a little grace sometimes😊 will definitely use again in the future!

Had considerable damage to my ford Ranger , all self inflicted and very embarrassing. Mike Gomez assured me it was not going to be a problem and didn’t body shame me 😃 the truck actually looks better than when I bought it . Thank You !
