Lockhart Vision

Staff was great very nice and also understanding ( I had my toddler and she was a bit wild some staff even helped with her). The only issue I had was the frames were a but pricy for my budge and are not worth it my frames broke twice. I’m not rough on my glasses at all i wear them everyday and take good care of them. I’ve had glasses since I was 10 and I’ve never broken a frame until this pair. Great staff just expensive frames that are not made out of great material. First and last time I got glasses here I just went back to America’s best after my frames broke the second time

I really appreciate the sales associate who was helping me that day his name is Sergio he has excellent, amazing, awesome customer service skills. I watched how he work with a another customer and her child he was very professional very caring. I will recommend that location to all of my friends and family. I had a wonderful experience thank you Sergio for being at that location. Fantastic, fabulous, awesome Thank you so much for making my children feel welcome great place.

Very nice, and knowledgeable people. Made me feel comfortable to ask question with exam and detail information of the lenses. Im happy to have my sight improved.

Super helpful, kind, and patient. They were great with my very active 2 year old and during my exam the staff helped me with my kiddos. Then while I was trying on glasses my 2 yr old insisted she needed some also. They were wonderful letting her try 3 pair, giving her crayons and letting her watch Frozen. We had a long visit but very good! I couldn't have done it without all of the staffs helpfulness and kindness.
