TK RV & Auto

I just wanted to say thank you to Tom at TK/RV for helping me over the phone with the water issue I had with my RV. Tom took time to not only explain how to do the fix step by step but, to also make sure I understood what he was saying. I never felt rushed when I would ask questions and, he was very understanding given my situation which was one of the things I appreciated the most. I had injured my right leg awhile back and, rely on crutches to get around. I informed Tom of my situation when he said that he could instruct me on what to do over the phone and, not once had he sounded like it was too much of a hassle to deal with. Instead, he took the time to explain the steps and made sure I understood and, said to try it and give him a call back afterwards to see if it worked. Of course I ended up running into small issues that prevented the fix on the first go but, every time I called Tom back, I never once heard nor picked up that it was too much to deal with. It took time for me to figure out how to not only do the work but to get my tools from inside my RV to outside which Tom was very understanding. Finally, I was able to fix my water issue with the help from Tom over the phone. Not only did Tom help me fix my water issue, he helped me save money by instructing me over the phone on how I can do it myself. That right there was the main thing I had appreciated the most about Tom. Overall, I was very satisfied with the customer service from Tom at TK/RV and his understanding of my leg injury and, that it took more time with me given my situation. As I said earlier in my review, Tom nerve once made me feel like it was too much of a bother with me and, that to me is outstanding customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend Tom at TK/RV to anyone who is looking for a great place with outstanding customer service for RV repairs.

I can't speak highly enough about Tom at TK-RV! I have had many Handymen in my time and always felt like I was just getting the run around, always high bids for work that was less than satisfactory but not knowing until the work is done. Well Tom is a breath of fresh air. He is prompt and gets straight to work. He often times tries to help you over the phone to save you money and if he needs to come out he gets the job done. He never over charges in fact often the opposite! He has even lent me drill so I could do a few repairs around my home as I am still learning how to do some things myself. I went to KOA (fancy RV Park)and asked them who the recommend and it was unanimous they said Tom was their best guy. So the rest is history... I highly recommend Tom and 5 stars is not good enough.

Tom helped me with an electrical outlet blow-out lickety split. I was so grateful. He also helped me with other items that needed fixing on my RV, right then and there. Nice guy!

Limped into the RV park with broken brake caliper. I asked the management if they could recommend a reliable shop. TK-RV (Tom) came out and assessed the situation, ordered the parts and got them installed without us needing to move the rig from the park. He was a great guy and did a wonderful job. I would recommend him.

The assistant asked me to write this review and I can say myself I would have done it without him even asking. The reason I would is because me and my family love camping .Its a special tradition we have and I would like other families to pick this outstanding place. I've been with them for 2 years now and they treat me well.. Me and my family are moving so the least I can do is write them a review for keeping my families happiness balanced. A man named Tom owns the store and he's repaired our RV over the years and I gotta say he was extremely cheap and quick and most importantly friendly. Thank you Tom for your time. It was well appreciated.
