Patients is the best! Myself and my husband both have been treated there at different times and we were treated like family. The staff there is very caring from the front desk to the doctor. They get you in quick and out fast. I highly recommend this urgent care

It’s was great experience. My son had a football concussion 🤕. I was scare to the death. Doctor and nurses came in there very knowledgeable. Explain everything to us and in very quick manner and got him the care he needed in no time. From the minute we walked in all the way to the exit door and parking lot. The staff is amazing. Our family has visited multiple times in the last month. Early in August, my daughter had a case of strep that wouldn't go away. The staff made her as comfortable as possible and the service was fast. They gave us treatment options and let us decide which was the best route for her. Last week, I was feeling sick and in a lot of pain. I went to urgent care but didn't get the help I needed. The next day, I visited Patients desperate to feel better. The doctor ensured that they would do everything they could to help me feel better than I had when I arrived. I was dehydrated from not being able to eat or drink. I quickly had an IV set up with fluids and a treatment plan was set to attack the infection that I was fighting. With the treatment, I got better over the next few days and returned to work on Monday. Thank you to the staff for taking excellent care of my children and myself!

Best ER ever. I was in a lot of pain and the doctors and nurses were so caring and nice. They were able to figure out what I had! The way patients are treated and cared is outstanding. We even got a snack while we were waiting (it was pretty late at night). Clean, organized, and super fast. Thanks so much for making me feel better. 🥰

Very clean ER with friendly staff. I highly recommend this place. While being here I felt comfortable and properly cared for. There was coffee, drinks and snacks in the lobby area and the set up was very nice. Registering was quick and easy.
