The weight room gets a little crowded right after work hours, so I like to go later in the evenings. I'm looking forward to trying the Body Pump class. Very glad they offer it. “We’re new to the area, and decided to give the grill a try after signing up for our membership. Glad we did! We didn’t have our hopes too high, but the grill was a pleasant surprise! Clean & comfortable atmosphere. Friendly staff! Prices are very reasonable considering the portions. The food was amazing! I had the bbq burger so so good! Husband had the grilled chicken club & raved about it. My kids even ate their chicken tenders which rarely happens haha We all loved the fries as well. Can’t wait to go back!”

“Fast. Pizza tracking is awesome. Just a tad unprofessional at times, but one man's unprofessional could be another man's fun. The sauce on the regular hand-tossed seems annoyingly sweet and ketchup-like. I love good ketchup, but this is not good ketchup and not on my pie. Also the crust seems heavy and not fresh. However, I find the thin crust delicious- especially cheese and the veggie. Their meets seem a little off for me. I go back for those unfortunately for my BMI.”

I value and respect all the doctors we've seen, but we always feel lucky when we get Dr. Henderson. So knowledgeable but explains in a way that you understand, and very friendly and entertaining. My son has autism, and when when he went in for an ear infection he treated him so well. You can tell he really cares about people. Highly recommended.”
