If you sign up and give them your mobile number Redbox will send you some pretty good deals. You can also reserve a movie that is a new release to Redbox. Of all the years we have used Redbox, we've only had one movie that wouldn't play. I contacted them by phone and problem was immediately resolved. There is a lot of waisted space near the front of the store thanks to the checkout line and returns line. And the out of place jewelry counter. So from that point on everything is crammed towards the back. Ross shopping carts are not big and it is near impossible to have two customers walk down a single aisle.”
