Glad I was referred , Doctor Hines personable and thorough and excellent in all respects . Staff was the same I was well treated by all and their practice is very well run and efficient in every way . Dr Adam Hines M.D., made me comfortable, the moment he walked into the room. He is very skilled at making people relax, while discussing X-rays and options. Dr Hines is very personable, and discusses the medical options, in an understanding way.
I thoroughly enjoyed hearing about his family and serving as a Major in the military.
The shot he gave me was quite comfortable, in comparison to Flu and Covid shots.
Tatum was very professional, she called my name and spoke, as we walked into the exam room, Tatum was relaxed. She took my information in an efficient manner, and upon completion, she let me know I'd be getting x-rays.
A tech did the x-rays, sorry I don't know her name, was explicit in how I should stand. She did her job very well.
I look forward being a patient of Dr Hines.

This is my second appointment with Dr Hines re: my knee. He is very professional and caring. Had my second cortisone injection as the first injection in August had provided much relief for nearly 3 months. I really like the pleasant atmosphere of this practice. And I think very highly of Dr Hines.
This is actually third visit to the practice. As I saw Dr Odom for my hip pain in October. I was very relieved that it was just bursitis and a cortisone injection has it completely improved.
Dr Odom explained all so well and very upbeat & pleasant.
This practice is a little far for me in Frisco but well worth the drive.
