Connemara Meadow Nature Preserve

I would definitely recommend Frontier Village Veterinary Clinic! The staff from the initial contact were absolutely amazing. I had called several places looking for a vet and the staff here made me feel very welcomed. This helped me make the decision of where I wanted my puppy to be treated! On our first initial visit the staff was extremely nice and professional and has continued to show this. Frontier Vet, is very thorough when it comes to reminders of visits which helped me as my schedule is extremely busy. On the day of my puppies surgery they took absolute care of both of us by making sure all my questions were answered and following up post surgery! This was a major plus for me. Thank you Frontier Vet staff for genuinely caring for my baby and being such an amazing team! I am so happy we can count on each and every one of you!!!

Took my dog here for the first time since moving to the area. Setting up an account was very easy, even over email, they are very responsive. Reception was friendly when we walked in, we already had an appointment scheduled so we didn't have to wait. We got a checkup, blood drawn, and a few shots and we were in and out in about 15 minutes. My husky wasn't stressed out whatsoever and the doctors and technicians were all friendly and knowledgeable. I will be very happy to continue taking my fur baby here in the future. Thanks

Everyone from the front desk staff to the vet techs are all so sweet, compassionate, and friendly. The docs we've encountered so far have been wonderful and patient. We haven't had a puppy in a long time and they explain everything in detail, take their time answering questions and educate about the best care for ours. Test results have also been efficiently communicated to us as well. We love Dr. Oas, she is super awesome, caring and we are so happy we chose her to care for our boy Archer. We wanted someone in the north end with Frenchie experience and since she has a small troop of her own, she was perfect for our puppy! He also really adores her. We haven't really had to wait long on our last handful of visits. The prices are reasonable and the clinic is very clean and bright. We love the team at Frontier Village Veterinary Clinic!

Frontier is incredible! They make sure to keep you informed from beginning to end on how your pet is doing and how a procedure went. They speak with you about options and give you their honest thoughts and advice but never make you feel pressured to make any kind of decision. they even send an estimate of how much a procedure will cost weeks in advance and ours came back under the estimate. This shows me that they truly care about you and the pet and not just the money. I feel confident that they take care of my pets to the best of their ability. The staff is also incredibly knowledgeable and great at what they do. They caught things that have been missed by all other vets we have been to, and we have been to a lot from moving around. I am beyond pleased with Frontier Village veterinary in caring for my pups Fenrir and Freya!

Our new puppy had an accident and they didn't hesitate to tell us to come right away. Every step of the way they were kind, compassionate, and helpful. Dr Clarke explained everything and used shared decision making. She called early the next morning with radiology results and seemed genuinely glad that he was improving. When we came back a week later, everyone was just as wonderful. I'm super thankful for all they have done for us already.

Connemara is beautiful. Having access to this nature preserve to walk around and picnic is great. I also enjoy the activities that are hosted there to help support it's preservation..

Enjoyed our early morning walk. Loved watching an egret fishing in the pond near the parking lot.

He was on the giant bridge. Be careful because he bit my jacket and later on we saw another man standing close to him. He was hard to see because he was so still and close to a post at thigh distance. The week before we came across a huge cotton mouth who came towards us as if he could not see us.

Beautiful. Warning though my sister and brother-in-law came across a cottonmouth on that wooden bridge... and it was right at their feet. My BIL walked a 6 inches from its head and by grace of God it didn’t strike him.

The preserve is beautiful and scenic. The correct location for Yoga in the Meadow is off of Bass Dr. and Roberta Dr (south of Hedgecoxe on Alma).
