CJ and the other associate, I believe it was his first day, made my experience in store AMAZING. They made sure to listen to my concerns, helped me through every step of the process, and helped me find a phone that was best suited to my needs as well as physical protection for my phone (if you could have seen the condition of my last two phones you would know I needed as much protection against dropping as necessary ?). They were very personable, informative, and most importantly they listened while being respectful the entire time. I would 10/10 recommend going back only when they are working because this was honestly hands down the best experience I’ve had at any Verizon wireless store. They really went above and beyond the entire time to make sure I had a full understanding of the options presented before me in all regards, honestly just an overall amazing experience and I walked out happier than ever with my new phone! ?

Came in this evening around 5:30 (9/22) and two guys in there were amazing. If I was there manager I’d definitely look to push for higher positions. Raises, bonuses, everything. More PTO? Make them dual GMs. Want to see more of them.
