Haleh Banani, M.A. Faith-Based Counseling

Though I hesitated for a long while, I'm so glad I finally decided to start counseling with sister Haleh. I was struggling for years with an increasingly toxic relationship and feeling helpless about how to make things better and regain my peace of mind. From the very first session with her, I could feel an enormous sense of relief, just in having someone listen and validate my feelings for the first time. Over the course of a few weeks, I followed her advice, the exercises and resources she recommended and I could already see a significant positive change in myself and in my relationships with others. I honestly feel like a 10 ton weight has been lifted from me now that I was finally able to let go of all this suffocating pain I was carrying around.
