(March 24, 2021, 7:27 pm)My husband and I were involved in a bicycle accident yesterday. I had a huge gash on my knee and our bike had a bent wheel. The fire department was quick to get there and so great... not only did they stabilize me for transport to ER. They loaded our bike in the fire truck and gave my husband a ride home.

We called in an emergency for a 2.5 years old. They were there in less than 5 minutes
Best part of this experience was the guys, the fire fighters. They took care of our boy as if he was theirs, father advice vs sending to hospital right away.
Most amazing part, Greg Finn, our new hero!!! Came back to visit us as soon as he finished his shift with all that our boy needed from the pharmacy knowing we are only visiting from nyc and that we have no idea where things are in Allen tx.
They are all absolutely amazing
Thank you Allen fire station 2, we will come visit again next time we visit
