Securlock Storage at Allen East

Wow!!! What great service. Trying to find a storage unit for the summer months is difficult. However, when I called Lauren, she was more than helpful. She was pleasant, informative and bent over backwards to help me out in my moving situation. I can't say enough nice things about my experience. Securlock should be pleased that they have a very conscientious employee and representative for their company. Securing two storage units was a very pleasant experience because of Lauren. Keep of the good work. By the way, we love the signs out front. Always excited to see what new phrase is posted out front that applies to our lives.

Haven't used. But did call to inquire. Very helpful. And answered all my questions. And love the funny signs. Always look forward to them when I drive by.

I think Lauren is an outstanding manager and if I need to store anything in the future, she's the first one I'm calling. I've been at Securlock at Allen East for over 2 years and can't say enough about how well she takes care of the customers and the facilities. Lauren always greets you with a smile when you stop in at the office, and if you're lucky enough to be there when she does her rounds, she always stops to say hi.
