I have complete confidence in their advice and recommendations. I have also witnessed how they deal with other customers. The staff at Precision Automotive always looks out for the best interest of their clientele.

I’ve had my cars serviced at Precision Auto for many years. The owner is friendly and honest. Everyone does their best to efficiently complete the service so that I can get my vehicle back as soon as possible. I really appreciate their thoughtfulness and customer-centric way of conducting business. They’re professional, always do a great job AND in a timely manner! Needless to say, I’ve become their regular customer and have recommended them whenever possible!
I needed a part for my Dyson V8 floor vacuum that no one either locally in my area or even on the Internet seem to have in stock, and would not have for months because of supply chain issues. In doing a Google search I came across Brilliant Vacuum, that indicated that the part I needed appeared to be in stock. I called the owner of the shop and explained why I was calling. He said he had the part I needed in stock,, but just to be sure when into the stock room to check. He said it was in stock and that he could send it out today. I told him I would order it,, which I did. I got an email letting me know that it was shipping out the very day that I placed the order. I just received it from UPS 2 days after it shipped, and I am in Orlando Florida too. And it was exactly what I was looking for. Great shop great service and great price I paid for this part very happy and I will definitely order again.
Went in for a belt and was talking to the owner. He said that the belt wasn't the issue. He told me what to look at and I did what he said and now the vacuum works like new. I bought the belt anyway because the advice was well worth the cost of the belt!
Professional and responsive. I ordered a part which did ship quickly but was then lost in the mail. I did wait a few weeks to reach out and received a very fast response with a detailed explanation. They cannot control what happens with the mail.. they looked into ordering another part from the manufacturer, acknowledged it would take a long time and issued an immediate refund. I may not have gotten my order but they deserve recognition for their customer service!
