Head coach & owner Chris made it super easy for us to join for the two weeks we were in town. We felt right at home, immediately. Programming was challenging & very rewarding. (March 30, 2020, 7:40 pm)This place is the best! I have been attending Crossfit Allen for a year now. It is the best fitness program/ box/ community I have ever been a part of. I have tried a lot of different programs in the past from going to lifetime, having a personal trainer, doing videos like hip hop abs but nothing ever kept my attention like this does. I dont have to guess what machine to use or do the same boring workout every day. There is always something different and it can be adjusted to any fitness level.
When I first started at Crossfit Allen I didnt know anything about lifting weights or fitness but the kind coaches and ownership staff are happy to help anyone improve. Proper form and safety are their number one priority. What is amazing is that it's not just the coaches though. Everyone is ready to cheer each other on and be there for each other. I never thought I would put fun, fitness and family together in one sentence but that really is what Crossfit Allen is! One time I struggled finishing a workout. I was the last one to finish and 3 people came over and did those end reps with me so I wasn't alone. It gave me the push I needed to finish strong!
If you are looking for a place where you have fun working on your fitness goals this is a great place to do it!
