The Lofts at Watters Creek by ARIUM

I've just recently moved in, so my review is based on my move-in experience and all of the help Lisa provided me. She did a great job communicating with me and really caring through the move-in process. I would also give 5 stars for the few days I've been here already, they have so many services including onsite storage. The Watter's Creek community is so convenient and has a lot to offer. Great area, a great staff, and a great apartment.

We've been living in the Lofts of Watters Creek for a few months now and I can say this was a great decision. The mixed use community gives my kids and I something different to do all the time. The area is clean and well kept, the neighbors are kind and friendly and the entire staff is helpful and top notch!

The mixed use community of Watters Creek in Allen, Texas is clean, well managed, and an exciting place to live. The Lofts at Waters Creek delivers exceptional service to its residents! Our needs have always been met in a timely, caring and courteous manner. The residential concierge service is a sweet benefit too! Plus, the apartment quality and centralized location is convenient. We love the perks of both-living and shopping here. Make sure to check the Lofts out if you’re looking for a place to live!

I cannot say enough about the Lofts!!!!!! My wife, daughter and I looked over many of the nicer apartments in the Allen area and the Lofts blew all of them away as far as "the coolest place to rent", professionalism, cleanliness, staff etc.

There are many pitfalls in leasing such as 1 other place looked great and was a tad cheaper but thankfully I thought about asking the rep to walk us from the unit to the garage where we would park and as soon as we opened the garage door all you could smell is trash! Yikes, the container was in the garage so we asked how often it is emptied and their response was 1 to 2 times per week vs the Lofts is emptied daily and there was no smell at all in their garages. Now onto the hallways, the nicer places we looked into apparently don’t enforce that the trash bins be picked up by a certain time so every single door in the hallway had bins or trays and they were disgusting a was the carpet in places.

Back to the Lofts, go there, tour the place and meet with Lisa Smith, she bent over backwards to accommodate us, and we are extremely picky and pay really close attention to the details. The place is “The Place” to lease and she was wonderful and very responsive to every question!!

The Lofts at Watters Creek is an awesome place to live and for those working from home - excellent internet coverage and no noise distractions. There's always something to do too and a safe environment. The grounds, hallways, and elevators are clean and inviting to you and your guests.

The office team and maintenance team are 'top-notch'. They are caring, innovative, respectful, and they always have a smile to share.
