(August 11, 2021, 6:56 pm)Hubs went through the drive through, paid and the cashier said the card declined. Hubs looked at his bank account and showed it was pending and mentioned that to them. They refused to give the food due to their machine declining his card. The manager stated that if it goes through, to come back and get the refund. We have confirmed that it went through and he got charged for food he didn’t get. I’ve called 4 times to the number provided on the website and Google. The call has yet to come through. Hubs is on the way to the location to see if they’ll refund him for the food he never received. Will update……
UPDATE
They refunded the money. We are satisfied. Just be careful when ordering from this location.
