Great place to work out at. Great atmosphere and equipment

This is now my main gym for the most part, i tend to train at maple avenue as well but their hours are limited and its a bit of a drive, the Jym is open 24/7 .. i work a late schedule so to have the ability to continue my boxing training on my off hours without drastically changing things is honestly a blessing, they have a great selection of punching bags to choose from and there's always one available when i show up and the best part is they are all not leveled the same, which allows me to drill certain combo's if i want to focus on the body or head shots, something not many places take into consideration, the weight lifting section is right off to the side in the same building on the same floor, i don't really use it but it all looks in good condition, its all around good quality equipment for the price you are paying imo, there's even a full sized boxing ring for sparring and a speed bag, there's no funny stuff when signing up, owner was very straight forward and cool with me, no hidden fee's or contracts, you get a key fob given to you.. and when its time to put in the work you just show up and do your thing uninterrupted at any hour of the day.. just the way i like it, i'm happy with my decision to have stopped by and signed up.. totally recommend them.. the only thing i would recommend for them is to get an actual double end bag installed.. but honestly i'm just getting greedy here lol ..

I love this place! It's got everything you want and need. You can't beat the 24hr access! Legit boxing gym yet above your typical average gym. 2nd home!

Great Atmosphere. Very Clean. Small gym but has everything you would find in a much larger one. Hidden Gem in the perfect location!!
