Outstanding! I am a returning customer who bought a bike from the old location around 5 years ago. The experience when purchasing my latest was a night and day difference. These folks have it going on. Nate made the sales process was smooth and quick. Chris in finance took the time to ensure I understood everything and made the entire process a pleasure.
Where the dealership really earned their stripes was a few weeks post sale. I returned for my first service and during the work it was determined that the bike needed extra work which I felt should have been handled before the bike was sold. I discussed the issue with Jeff and Darrel and they completely agreed and took care of the expense! It may seem like a small thing, but, in a time when it feels like customer service often takes a backseat they made it a priority to ensure they took care of me. The following day I had an issue which I thought was related to the service. Upon returning to the dealership and speaking with Chris and Brandon in service it was determined that it was just poor timing and unrelated to the service. However, they still assisted me and resolved the issue with no additional cost!
I cannot say enough about how everyone I have interacted with at the dealership has gone far above and beyond to make it a great experience and continue to provide outstanding and patient service after the sale! Give them a visit.
Hands down, the best place to purchase a motorcycle! Customer service was top tier! Sebastian and the new guy walked us all the way through the deal. Got me in and out pretty fast. Finance department(Chris) did great translating numbers, gave us a great deal, and didn’t take long with paperwork. Service department combed through our bike to make sure it was in top shape before hitting the road. Definitely will be back for our second Harley!
I have been a long time customer here and have purchased my third Harley-Davidson touring bike. This latest purchase was for a 2022 Road Glide ST. The staff at Black Gold gave me an estimate of when my bike would arrive and it was there on the exact date. I had a few options added and they were very good about making sure I got the services and parts in a timely manner and working with their team was very professional. My bike has been in for the 1k service and the service technicians are always great. I highly recommend Black Gold Harley-Davidson for your next purchase, whether it's a bike, parts, motor clothes or service.
Our salesman, Davis Bentle, was hands down absolutely amazing. Me and my husband both agree that he was the MAIN reason we stayed and purchased our bike. We can’t recommend him enough… He took his time and knew when we found what we really wanted. He went above and beyond to make sure we got the bike WE wanted. He followed up with us the following day making sure everything was good and we were happy. Mike, the GM, stepped in our bike deal and personally saw it through. He went above and beyond as well to see that we were completely satisfied and the financing was where we wanted it to be. The finance manager that closed the deal, Chris, was great as well. He knew we were pressed on time but still made sure to be thorough. He never spit out a bunch of papers off the printer expecting us to just sign. He went over everything answering all our questions.
When I mentioned that it was my first bike, Billy was more than happy to educate me on gear shifting and other things about bikes. With his knowledge and tips, I was driving masterfully and safely the second I got it unloaded from the truck and on the road. Danny (or Daniel I think) was a huge help as well. I was in there clueless about a lot of things, and where alot of people would’ve become aggravated, he was more patient and kind than I could’ve ever asked for. He made sure I was 100% satisfied from the second I got there, to the moment I left the store with my new bike. I hope I meet guys like this everywhere I go. Jeff and Chris were also helpful in the buying process and worked in a quick manner, and a guy named Marcus I believe also helped me pick the right cover for my bike. There was a short girl there who was very knowledgeable in motorcycle gear. I can’t remember her name but she was very small. She was very helpful as well and not pushy like most sales people, even though it’s her job to sell items. I think it is at least. She was very patient with me as well and helped me pick the right gear. I was very satisfied with my experience, and even though I live so far away, I’ll try to visit the establishment anytime I’m in the area. My Iron 883 has been fantastic on the road these past few days.
