Ronnie was very professional and handled everything with our insurance. His work crew was here early to replace our roof same day. I was impressed that they left no debris and I found only a couple nails in the driveway and on the street. I was worried for our 2 yr old granddaughter who is here often, but she has never stepped on a nail in our yard. Terrific job by the crew and by Ronnie!

They took the lead and worked directly with my insurance adjustor to make sure that everything was covered and accounted for. They worked around my schedule to get the new roof, gutters, and garage installed. All of which were made better than new. They handled the entire process from sales, to insurance, to product delivery and installation with complete professionalism. They were up front on with me on what costs the insurance company paid and what I was responsible for. They communicated each step of the process with me and responded to calls, texts, or emails on the same day, often within a few hours. I would definitely use again for any future roof, gutter, or garage door repairs.

We had a major hailstorm in Apr that caused a large amount of damage to my home. My roof was severely damaged and needed immediate attention. I also took significant damage to my garage door, gutters, light fixtures and screens.

I had never been though this type of situation before where such a large portion of my home was damaged. The next few days after the storm I was flooded with roofing companies knocking at my door. You always wonder about the integrity of the companies who approach you after these situations happen. In today’s world I am probably more suspect then I was in the past.

I talked to several of the agents from the companies and did some research online. Ronnie Boudreaux the owner from Post Oak Roofing stood out. He did an inspection of the damage and gave me some recommendations. The funny thing is he never really tried to push his company hard on me. He basically told me of the damage my home had suffered and gave me some options. Right away I had a good feeling about him almost a sense of family. Once we had talked more, he volunteered to do all the paperwork and contact my insurance agency to get things rolling.

My insurance agent gave me a short notice on when he would be out to inspect the damage. I contacted Ronnie and he made sure he was there when the agent arrived to point out what damage he had noticed. After the inspection my agent had identified all the damaged items listed above. I was blown away knowing I would have to contact several different companies to get estimates to repair different parts of my home. Ronnie volunteered contact all the different specialist and insured all repairs from Roof to screens were completed in a timely manner.

Long story short. Hiring Post Oak Roofing was probably one of the best decisions I have made concerning my home. Whenever I called or texted Ronnie I got an answer back within minutes. Everyone he hired to complete the work showed up on time and worked in an entire professional manner. These are stressful times when your home is damaged, especially when you have no clue what to do. Fear of the unknown, I guess. Ronnie made me feel like family and took on my problem like it was his problem. I would without a doubt recommend and use him again.
