Okay so I moved here 3 months ago, I have the A5 floor plan and I pay a base of $1180 (water WAS included but not now)
we recently got new management and I noticed how the treatment was different. I got a feeling and so I decided to check and see if rent changed and what I’m seeing online is for my floor plan the new rent is either approximately $1400 -$1600 (I will be calling tomorrow so I know for sure and can decide on what to do after my lease)
So we’re talking about a 200-400 dollar increase🤯 I think it’s a nice apartment with nice counters and faux wood floors but I don’t agree with the price increase I don’t believe this is “luxury” living. Honestly it’s really scary because if it’s happening here I hope it’s not happening at other places. Of course I knew it would go up but usually rent only increases by $50 -$80. Like I said I will be calling to make sure but if you check online you’ll see the same.
Lived here in mid 2016 not long after they first opened so I had a brand new unit. Yvonne was great & very helpful! Unfortunately I had to move for work reasons aside from that 5 stars!
