  My husband and I recently had our wills, family trust and power of attorney documents completed by Nicholas Nuspl and it was a very easy process. His Legal Assistant, Emily, answered all of my questions prior to our meeting. Our meeting to review the documents was efficient and informative and are pleased with the services.

  After putting it off for years, I finally decided to have my Will and Powers of Attorney done. Picking Nicholas Nuspl was the best decision I've made in a very long time. He was so down to earth, I would be surprised if he wore socks! (only joking) He made me very comfortable, never talked down to me, and the documents were perfect and waiting for my signature when I arrived. His office is professional without being overboard, the staff are wonderful, and patient with the clients. (A must in today hectic world.) And he reminded me that now I have an attorney. Now I can say, "You need to talk to my attorney about that." Wow! This little country girl from nowhere can stand tall and tell some big-wig, "Talk to my attorney." If you haven't been able to tell, I was quite impressed with Mr. Nuspl and will be keeping his business card in my purse from now on.

  My wife and I contacted this law firm to update our will and estate planning documents. Mr. Nuspl and his assistant Emily were outstanding; they responded quickly to our requests and went out of their way to answer our questions. Our final document review and meeting to get signatures went flawlessly. Highly Recommend!!
