I have tried so many workout classes that never kept my interest and because of Orange Theory I realized how much I loved to row. I had no idea that rowing classes were a thing but I am HOOKED. The classes at CITYROW are so much fun, and instructors are really nice, and I never leave class without thinking my legs are going to fall off. RECOMMEND 100%
Love City Row!! I was a member of Orange Theory for 3 years and the one exercise I loved the most was rowing! When I discovered City Row, I knew it was the place for me!! :) All around great exercise with well planned routines and positive motivational trainers! After workout, I feel energized and ready for the day!! Highly recommend ... Come join the fun!
I am hooked! The workout itself is great - it's definitely challenging, but the flow and sequence of the class makes the 50 minutes fly by. Rowing is a new form of fitness to me, and the trainers are great about explaining and helping with form. The environment at City Row is very relaxed and welcoming too.
I was looking for a total body workout in a more intimate environment. Big loud gyms just don't work for me. I found exactly what I needed here! By taking a variety of classes I get cardio, strength, and flexibility. The instructors are awesome and help you modify any exercise that doesn't work for you. I haven't tried any other fitness facility and immediately known...yes...this is it. And...it is so clean!!!! No sharing anything or people getting your space. I also find the pricing so much more competitive than other boutique fitness places!
The instructors at City Row are really great! They are all so fun and super nice. As a beginner rower they really work with you on technique. I like how the class is structured: rowing and strength training. It’s a great cardio, full body workout that anyone can do. I’m already feeling and seeing a difference even after a few classes!
