We had the absolute luck to work with Ian Starr of Mile27. We were buying our first home and I was a bit of an anxious wreck- Ian was so patient and knowledgeable. He answered constant texts and calls with questions, calmed me down numerous times, and we are confident in our purchase thanks to his eagle eye. Once the home was bought, Ian let us know many times that if we needed anything to contact him, which I can't tell you how much I appreciate. We're happy to have gained a new home and a great friend thanks to Mile27. :)

Highly recommend. We were referred to Heather and her team by our friends who brought their first investment property with Heather. We didn't meet Heather in person because we live in PNW, but that doesn't affect how much we appreciate her team and their fantastic job.
