I cannot say enough great things about Allen Psychiatry. The staff is kind, professional and go out of their way to assist you. Dr. Ali is so humane, empathetic and knowledgeable. They also have cutting edge treatment options. I highly recommend their office!

I have been served by this practice for going on three years now. Having treatment resistant depression is nothing to joke about and they've always taken this seriously. The staff is loving yet professional. I was even able to bring my sweet mutts in when I was receiving TMS. Sophie, Wade, and I truly appreciate all that you do to keep me going. Dr. Shahla Ali is a brilliant psychiatrist who, despite having probably seen it all, remains a compassionate and caring professional. She takes the time to truly listen and then responds respectfully and honestly. We appreciate her candor and her commitment to follow-up and check-in after prescribing a new medication. She wants to make sure it’s the right one but is willing to adjust or change it if it is not. Dr. Ali is no fool. She holds her patients accountable for doing what they can to help themselves. She also provides some of the newer, more cutting-edge treatments for those who have not responded well to antidepressants or other medications. When one has a family member suffering with mental health issues, it impacts the entire family. Dr. Ali understands that and has encouraged us all to take care of ourselves, whether through support groups, talk therapy, physical exercise or pursuing other life-affirming activities. Our experience with Dr. Ali (and her amazing staff) over the past two years has been a positive one. Our beloved family member has become more stable and self-sufficient under her care. She has been a godsend and we are truly grateful.

Dr. Ali and staff have been wonderful to work with! I have been a patient for four and a half years. They always respond very quickly, even when she is busy. She is very personable and enjoyable to talk to. Also, the prices are fair and office visit times have always been convenient. He is the most tentative, genuine, knowledgeable, and honest doctor I have ever had! He has an amazing personality; which helps when your hormonal! I refuse to deal another pregnancy with any other doctor after he helped me through a difficult pregnancy and delivery with my second child. Look no further, this is the obgyn you need.
