Christmas shopping can be a stressful time for many. I had several returns and exchanges so the thought of having to run in and navigate holiday shoppers was the last thing I was looking forward too. Andrew made my exchanges, returns, and new orders a breeze. His attitude was delightful and he provided the best customer service. Andrew offered suggestions on sizes as well as placing an online order for items not available in store. We took advantage of the online suggestion and had him order online for us. Jessica was the sweetest and most helpful! She pulled together clothing for my wife tonight and helped her get ready for our family pictures. Will definitely be back. She was patient and very excited to help piece together outfits until we found the perfect one. The other employees were very nice as well.

Store is always clean, organized and has a good selection.

this is the best j crew factory/mercantile that i have been to and i have been to several! they had THE BEST selection! i picked up about 9-10 items in total while i was here. the employees were also incredibly helpful - the best ive ever encountered! the woman at the register came it and asked me if she could help me find anything. then another woman took my clothes and started a fitting room for me. when i went back to the floor with the items i selected to continue browsing, another gentleman offered to hold my stuff for me at the register so i didnt have to keep holding them/carrying them around. and then a fourth employee that i encountered - the gentleman who rang me up - was SO incredibly friendly and kind! i will be returning if just for the employees and impeccable customer service! (and the great deals!!)
