Heal 360 Clinic Allen

I recently changed to this clinic as I was not pleased with my previous doctors office. With my initial visits I have found the staff to be very caring and thoughtful. I was impressed with the personnel and their friendliness and efficiency. I am looking forward to having them as partners in my healthcare.

I would put a sign on the pod to let people know where you are located and also use some directional signs. I didn’t know it was a make-shift set up in a pod so I drove around for a while.

Very impressed with the professionalism and caring attitude of the whole staff not just the doctors who are great but also the support staff. I would suggest to anybody this clinic because I have never been treated this nicely before at any doctor's office. One of the very important things is that they never rush you and try to fit in as many patients as possible, but instead take their time to understand your situation.

Me and my family were traveling during holiday season. We went for covid testing at the Allen location. It was quick, great staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend them, Thank you Heal360 Allen!
