Branches Dental

From the receptionist at the front desk, the dental techs, and Dr. Thakkar, the staff at Branches Dental were kind, caring, and professional. Every step of care and treatment was explained and my concerns were addressed. The team is thorough and catered to my needs. I’ve never had a dentist explain my X-rays, pictures, and jargon said during the examination procedure. I felt as if I was the only patient they had that day, yet the entire appointment was efficient and maximized my time. I was in and out in under an hour. This was my first encounter with Branches Dental and am thankful for the great atmosphere!

I was even running late and was worried I would be poorly received upon arrival. I am always punctual and this had me worried that’d I’d missed my appt completely. Not even one person batted an eye. I was met with understanding and smiles. Thanks again!!

Blown away by this practice overall but more specifically the professional, empathetic and incredibly knowledgeable doctors and staff. From the front of the office to the back these are stellar professionals. They go above and beyond the dental exams to include future treatment plans and personalized insurance information. When you need extensive, necessary care it is so nice to know what the patient responsibility is beyond what your insurance covers for planning purposes. Communication is clear and concise and thorough. My family feels absolutely comfortable here. Clearly, I can’t recommend Branches Dental highly enough!

OMGee I had such a pleasant experience at Branches Dental! I am truly happy that I met the most amazing dentist in Anna, Texas thus far! I’ve been living in TX for the past 16yrs. And I’ve never had service quite like his! Not only he, but the entire staff was pleasant. The office was clean, and the hygienist made sure to sterilize and wash all objects. Which made me feel even more at ease! Overall his services was superb.. He also takes 2 Medicaid plans which one of them being DentaQuest not sure which other. But overall, you will NOT be disappointed with Dr. Thakker! Please tell him I sent ya!!!

Yesterday was my first visit to this dentist and I will continue coming! I am a new patient and they got me in the same day due to a cancellation which was so convenient for me. I had to bring my three year old daughter with me and that can be stressful to keep her still while I get X-rays and teeth cleaning and this dental team worked SO hard talking with her, giving her toys and stickers, turning the TV on, and helping keep her distracted. They were so kind and understanding even though I know that makes their job harder. Very clean office and such awesome staff. The doctor was amazing as well! Explained everything thoroughly and did a great job.

This place is clean, friendly staff, kind to kids and makes my 3 year old feel very comfortable and this is her 2nd visit. I would recommend this Dentist to anyone young or old.
