Independent Financial

We have been with Independent Financial since 1999. This week, I went to open an IRA, and dealt with Meagan Maxcy. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She spent so much time with me, explaining my options and the interest rates offered for different accounts, and going through all of the best options for our accounts. She really went above and beyond answering all of my questions. I can't say enough about how helpful and patient she was.

I have never had any problem with Independent Financial in all of the years that we've used them. It is also helpful to me that they have so many locations in different cities in the area. We will definitely be using them going forward! I would recommend them highly.

I had a the best experience at this bank and I don’t even bank with them. I was in a pinch and had left my bank in McKinney with out getting the correct bills 20s 5s ect. I was in a pinch and had visited three different stores to get change but couldn’t walked into Independent and the took care of me right away with giving me the “you don’t bank here” comment that every other bank gives you. I will be putting my business account here after this experience.

This bank has been awesome to work with! Mariah is a manager there and she always goes out of her way to help. I love having somewhere to go that has a small town feel with all the conveniences of a larger national bank.
