Quite and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Love our private fenced yard with storage shed and locked gate. Highly recommend!! -

(August 10, 2021, 4:18 pm)To who needs to know do not stay at this campground it has no office on site they tried to charge me and my husband twice for light bill ,It stinks a the campground host stay gone all day and do not care if you have problem power quit twice on our lot. I would not recommend it. Don't call Nikki Cox beautiful she doesn't care. We will never stay there again I do not give it any stars....

(April 1, 2021, 8:02 pm)We have lived on our lot since March 1 and we love living in the country but only 18 miles from the big city of McKinney.Also smaller towns that surround us.We have a 40 ft travel trailer with 3 slides and our personal lot is gated with a wrought iron decorative gate that locks.Being able to lock our gate gives us a sense of safety and security although no problems here.We have a wood privacy fence around our huge yard.We love the quiet and clean country air and you can see the stars at night.The laundry room has the large commercial front loaders and mail is delivered into our mailbox on our gate.Great WIFI.They have restaurants all around even in the little town of Blue Ridge .Cattlemans given a D magazine recognition for their fabulous chicken fried steak and we agree.We like friday night catfish as well.
