Great experience from the time I entered the the front door. When you are in pain the last thing you want is a hassle and to be heard by treating physician. Excellent X-Ray tech, and was treated with excellent health care by Micah and Jason. Appreciated the girls at the front desk, nice, efficient and curtious!

I enjoy when a medical facility like D.O.C. in Carrollton, gives a person that feeling once walking through the door that, you will be taken care of. I really appreciated no long wait to be seen. I want to acknowledge Tabitha, Darria, and Randy for the very sweet, kind, and professional greeting as soon as I enter and how quickly I was processed to get to go back in room to visit with Mark regarding my issues. I appreciate you Mark for making sure I was cared for properly. You got to the bottom and found the issue. You didn't waste any time. The follow up care was just as great as my initial visit. I have already started referring family and friends to your practice, and from me that speaks volumes. I only speak up when you receive such great care. Thank you all I'm so happy I moved to this area and located an exceptional team of doctors and staff in one office. 👏🏾

PA Mark and the assistants here were great!! was able to walkin right before closing and make sure my daughters arm was not broke! everyone stayed late and helped us out. the PA explained everything very well! coming back in one week for check up. glad this place was open!!

Everything was great! The compassionate care began as soon as I walked through the door. The PA Mark was so kind and helped explain everything in detail and helped me feel more comfortable. I've been having issues for years, so it is such a relief to finally have someone who listened and was able to give me a solid plan of care to help heal me. So thankful to this clinic for making me feel like me again. Would HIGHLY recommend this clinic, specifically Mark, to anyone and everyone seeking orthopedic care!

The receptionist was wonderful and attentive whenever I walked in the door, as well as when I was checking out. Randy made great conversation while we got x-rays, and was super friendly. Dr. Mark made sure to listen to me and my concerns, and let me choose what next steps to take. The staff was fantastic, and the way they went about things was beyond what I could’ve asked- much better than a regular doctor’s office or ER. There’s also physical therapy right next door; kindness and convenience all in one place. I will definitely be going back, and I definitely would recommend!
